Like the National Review, we are asking for donations. Remember, no donation is too large. As the National Review shamelessly puts it:

“It’s a fact: National Review is the headquarters for Americas very best, distinctly conservative, writing, reporting, analysis, and commentary. Think about it: writers such as Andrew McCarthy, Victor Davis Hanson, Rich Lowry, Jonah Goldberg, Kevin Williamson, Jay Nordlinger, and so many more ─ each and every day providing a sterling, smart, sane, witty, and profound take on critical issues and on the political scene.”

Well of course, we are none of those things. In fact we don’t employ any writers whatsoever. Those that do write here are paid in cups of coffee. But the NR goes on to say:

“Your financial support is vital to those things we believe and cherish. At this pivotal moment for our movement, your contribution to National Review, the most articulate and consequential voice of liberty and freedom, will matter greatly. Please stand with conservatism, with our principles. Please stand with this critical cause that is National Review.”

Yes, please stand with us as we make fun of sanctimonious sites like the National Review, The Weekly Standard, Glenn Beck (an easy target we know), Huffington Post, Shaun Hanity (another very easy and lazy target, We apologize in advance). and any other site we can think of.
